Defective products
A product may be defectively designed or improperly
manufactured, rendering it unfit for its intended use. We have
handled many of these kind of cases.

Defective medical devices
Sometimes medical devices, such as prosthetic hip implants,
or Total Knee Replacements, are not suitable and cannot
withstand the rigorous usage to which they have to be put.
They may fail and have to be removed and replaced with better
implants resulting in additional cost of surgery and
pain and suffering.

Dangerous products
Some products are improperly or inadequately guarded to
protect the worker from injury. It may not be a defense to the
claim that an employer removed the guard plate.

Unsafe drugs
BayCol, Meridia, Celebrex and VIOXX are but a few examples of
prescription medications that have caused more damage than the
good they are designed to provide. Inadequate testing and results
manipulation are often the cause of these problems.
